At Howard Johnson Tropical Palms, we are committed to providing you clean, comfortable rooms. In addition, our property features valuable amenities and programs such as:
- Courtesy shuttle service to Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, and Sea World.
- FREE high speed Internet access.

- Free USA Today newspaper in the lobby.

- Refrigerator and microwave in most rooms.
- Special discounts available at most properties: AAA/CAA, AARP, seniors, groups and government/military.
- All rooms are equipped with hair dryer, clock radio and in-room coffee maker,
and safe box.
- The hotel charges a fee of $4.50 per room/per night which covers shuttles to Disney, Universal, and Sea
World, in-room safe box, and unlimited use of the computer kiosks in the lobby.
- Reservations for 1 day have a 24 hour cancellation policy (by 4pm before the day of arrival); Discounted reservations for 2 days or more stays and discounted advance purchase reservations made 14 days prior to arrival are non-cancelable, non-modifiable, and will have no refunds for early checkout.

- Laundry & Dry Cleaning. We have 24-hour Guest Laundry
facility.
- Business Center. We offer complete support including computer
workstations, email access, fax and copy service, office supplies,
office equipment rental, shipping and postal services.
- Guest Email. Send guest emails to
reservations@hojotropicalpalms.com. Please include the guest name in
the subject line. The email will be printed out and treated as a fax.
- Guest Fax. Send guest faxes to 407-358-5140. Please include
guest name and room number.
