| 2. Do you have a resort fee? |
| A: Yes, the hotel charges a resort fee of $4.50 per room/per night which covers shuttles to Disney, Universal, and Seaworld, in-room safe box, and unlimited use of the internet computer kiosks in the lobby. |

| 3. How do I cancel my hotel reservation? |
| A: One day reservations can be canceled by 4p the day before arrival. Discounted 2 days or more reservations or discounted advance purchase reservations made 14 days prior to arrival can not be canceled, altered, and there are no refunds for early departure. |

| 4. I booked a reservation and there's a problem with my room, what should I do? |
A: If you've already checked in, you will need to bring your confirmation down to the front desk to address the issue to the hotel staff.
If you notice a problem with the reservation BEFORE you check in, you will need to contact us so that we can assist you with the issue so that it will be fixed before you check-in. Please remember to bring any documented changes with you to the hotel in the event that the hotel does not reflect the changes. |

| 5. What kind of documentation do I need to bring with me? |
| A: It is always recommended to bring your emailed confirmation and the credit card that you used to make the reservation with you to check in. In many instances, we need this card to verify your identity as an added precaution to deter credit card fraud. |

| 6. Is my hotel reservation pre-paid? |
| A: No. However, your credit card is used as the approval of your reservation. |

| 7. When will I know my reservation has been confirmed? |
| A: Once you click Complete Reservation, you will receive an email. Your confirmed approved booking will have a reservation number on it. Please print this page for your records and bring it with you to check into the hotel along with your credit card used for purchase. You may also go to our Reservations, input your reservation num and print it out. |

| 8. Who do I contact for help with my reservation? |
| A: If you need additional assistance with your reservation, you will need to contact us so we can walk you through step by step to ensure that your reservation is completed. |

| 10. What forms of payment are accepted? |
| A: All major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Checks and money orders are not acceptable forms of payment and can not be used. |

| 11. Where is your hotel located? |
| A: Our hotel is located at 4311 W. Vine St., Kissimmee, FL 34746 in the center of Kissimmee, Florida. It is minutes away from all attraction parks. If you need the directions to get to our hotel, please click Directions link located on the top and bottom of the page. |

| 12. Do you have internet service in the room? |
| A: Yes, you can enjoy hi-speed wireless internet access. |

13. What are the standard check in and check out times at the hotel?

| A: The standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. |

| 14. Which theme parks do the shuttles go to and at what times? |
| A: The shuttles take our guests to Disney, Universal, and Seaworld. Please call the hotel for schedules since they do vary based upon the season. |

| 15. Do you have shuttles to and from the airport? |
| A: Unfortunately no. The airport is about 30 minutes away and best means of transportation is by taxi. A one way fare is around $45. |
